Snake print Slip Skirt
If you know me, then you know that my obsession with snake print is REAL. It’s my favorite out of all of the animal prints because I feel that it’s the most “classy”, and it doesn’t clash easily like other prints tend to do like leopard for example. I got this slip skirt last year from HM for $15 and I can truly say that I’ve gotten so much wear out of it! I love dressing this skirt up and down, and it can be layered for the cool months as well. I wanted to pair the skirt this time with a black crop top and my All Saints black leather jacket (another wardrobe staple). If you look closely, you will see how I dressed this entire look down by swapping my heels for sneakers.

Vintage Tee & Denim
My obsession with over sized tees is real. I wear them probably everyday, I can’t get enough. I usually rock them like you see above, paired with Levi’s and a jacket of some sort. Since it’s cool out now I wore my All Saint’s leather jacket and my black sock boots. As for my bag, I wore my snakeskin print belt bag. I love snakeskin print so much mainly because it looks great with anything and it can give any look personality and that extra “push” your ensemble may need.

Gray Slip Skirt
Can I first say that I’m so pleased with how this outfit turned out?! I knew I wanted to wear my slip skirt today and I figured I could style it with my thigh high boots (being that fall is officially here) and just throw on a blazer to give it a more '“preppy” feel, lastly my Telfar bag to bring it home. I love mixing preppy prints with fluid silhouettes. I think the cognac bag paired with the gray skirt breaks my look up just right. This is the perfect look for brunch, work, or a date! Feel free to style with sneakers for more comfy vibes!

White Camisole
The camisole is one of my staples in my wardrobe, not only can it be paired with anything, but it’s great for layering! I love the straight neckline of this particular cami - all the minimal vibes. You can style this look down as well with loafers or sandals. I went with heels because I wanted more length as these jeans tend to make me look shorter. I’m obsessed with anything snake print so I went with my snake print Schutz heels to complete this look.

The Cabby Hat
After a 2 and a half year hiatus, I’ve decided to start blogging again because I truly love to do it. So here we are! I wanted to come back strong with my personal style which has evolved over the past 2 years. I’m still minimal, just more edgy with a concentration on quality. I love this look for various reasons, but mainly because I can dress this look up or down and is perfect for any climate and figure. If you’re contemplating on whether you should get into cabby hats, here’s me telling you to DO IT. I feel like the cabby hat brought this entire look home in the most fashionable, effortless way.

White Button Up
It's literally April and this ensemble is still appropriate, it's okay though..I know spring is near! Lately, I've been having the urge to add more sex appeal to my everyday look. I kept asking myself how can I be sexy and still minimal? The first garment that came to mind was an over-sized white button up! I feel like a lot of women sleep on the white button up, I love it because you can wear it with literally anything and you can also wear it more than one way! I decided to pair my button up with my favorite jeans and booties. I tied it up so the top would cling to my waist and show off my hips. Lastly, I went for my over-sized duster coat to add "drama". Once the weather finally breaks, you can wear this same outfit just without the duster coat and switch out the bootie with a sandal.

Gray Vibes
I'm back at it again with another monochromatic look! I seriously can't get enough! I saw this sweater at H&M and I instantly knew it was coming home with me! I love how big it fits and how it hangs on my shoulders! I knew I wanted to pair them with gray pants because as I stated in my previous blog post I just love how classy monochromatic outfits look. I wanted a pop for color so I decided to throw on my blue velvet "Edit" booties by Steve Madden. They are so comfortable and they look bomb with everything!

Monochromatic Olive
Recently, I've been loving wearing outfits that are monochromatic! It's just something about being "matchy-matchy" that makes me feel so preppy and like I have it all together. You can put pieces together that aren't exactly the same color and lean more towards matching the same shade/tone, however, I like my monochromatic looks to be as in unison as possible. I wanted to pair trousers with the sweater instead of jeans because I wanted to go for a more polished look. I love that the pants are cropped, it looks more feminine in my opinion. The best part about this whole look was that the turtle-neck sweater I'm rocking was literally $3.00, such a steal!

Distressed Iron Maiden Tee
My style recently has been jeans with an oversized tee paired with either sneakers or booties. I honestly just haven’t been in the mood lately to get fully dressed. LOL but I’m actually liking the laid-back, relaxed style! It’s very comfortable and always on trend. I didn’t buy the Iron Maiden tee distressed, the top actually belongs to my best friend Skylar and she distressed it and bleached it!

Slip Dress with Moto Jacket
I'm back at it again with the slip dress! I think I've been leaning more towards this look because it's so easy to just throw it on and go! Initially, I paired the dress with my Levi's jean jacket, but I liked the way it looked with my moto jacket better. Lastly, I threw on my booties to dress the look up! I felt super sexy but not over the top while wearing this so it was the perfect happy medium!

Urban Outfitters Slip Dress
Shortly after I shot these photos I decided that I was going to start writing about the inspiration behind my outfits again. I feel like me writing helps my blog stay personally connected with my readers. So any who, I have been in love with the slip dress ever since it came back on the scene last summer! It's such a cool piece that you can wear so many ways! I decided that for this particular look I wanted to look relaxed and effortless so I threw on my boyfriend's band tee under it and popped on my Old Skool Vans to finish the look. I'm loving how the mustard tone of the dress looks on my skin as well, it might be a new found fav. ;-) (P.S., I got this dress for $10.00!)
